Bermuda-Riviera is an affluent waterfront neighborhood located in the North Beach section of Ft. Lauderdale, just west of A1A.  Established in the 1950’s, this pristine, gated community features many homes whose styles are original to that era, some of which have been remodeled or significantly updated, and some that have been completely rebuilt.  Residents can enjoy private, deeded beach access in the Galt Ocean Mile area of Fort Lauderdale, just a few blocks away.

Not only is the neighborhood in close proximity to world-class shopping, dining, and entertainment, but it’s a perfect location for boaters, as well, since most homes offer private, concrete docks on easily navigable canals, with direct ocean access and no fixed bridges. In addition, Bermuda Riviera is just minutes from Las Olas Boulevard, the city’s signature thoroughfare, lined with fine boutiques, galleries, restaurants and cafes.

The homes in Bermuda-Riviera are truly elegant estates, some with vintage appeal, yet still featuring the best in contemporary living.  The prices for homes in this sought-after neighborhood currently range from $1.1 million to almost $5 million.  For more information on homes available for sale in Bermuda-Riviera, or any other luxury Ft. Lauderdale Real Estate, call Gayle Borden today at 954-525-3355.
