Notice to Mariners!

Painting is set to begin on Monday on the SE 3rd Avenue Bridge that spans across the New River in Fort Lauderdale. Broward County has advised the Coast Guard that they will be painting the bridge from June 9 through July 15, 9:30pm to 6:30am. There will be a barge in the waterway which can be moved upon request with advance notice to the tug operator. The work should not affect traffic over the bridge. Happy boating!
