Derrick was born and raised in Tennessee. He earned a Master’s Degree in Fine Arts from the University of Florida and is a gifted actor, vocalist, theatrical director and educator. Prior to joining our team, Derrick was an Instructor in the Theater Department at the University of Florida, then applied his considerable skills as a graphics artist in a creative marketing position for a regional magazine. In 2000, Derrick began his career with us as our Marketing Director, then became a highly successful member of our sales team. Several years ago, Derrick took charge of Transaction Management for us. He has an almost uncanny ability to orchestrate the myriad critical steps required to ensure smooth and successful closings and is instrumental in keeping our office running like a "well-oiled machine". Derrick continues to perform and has appeared in a number of local theatrical and choral productions, to tremendous acclaim (especially from us!). Send Email to Derrick
